When I downloaded my free 7 day trail and exited within an hour, I logged back in and said that my trail ended, I know law, that's a definite error. How can I fix this?

Greetings, I also got ripped off myself today. I was supposed to get 14 days Free Trial of Adobe Acrobat DC however after the ever so popular, download & install it says 7 (SEVEN) Days Free Trial. Why, & why should we all keep using Adobe?
