I started my free trial today, but...
When I downloaded my free 7 day trail and exited within an hour, I logged back in and said that my trail ended, I know law, that's a definite error. How can I fix this?

Understand why Adobe trial software expires or ends early
Trials cannot be reset or installed again on the same machine. However, you can install a trial a new machine.
