Question

I submitted Adobe Runtimes/Reader Distribution License Agreement around 2 months ago, but I have not received any email from Adobe since then. Why?

Hi Guys,

Around 2 months ago, I submitted Adobe Runtimes/Reader Distribution License Agreement to receive distribution packages for Adobe Reader DC and Flash Player. I received a verification email and I verfied my email by clicking on the provided link within that email.

But I have not received any email from Adobe with the download links, etc. Has anyone had the same issue? What is next step to get download link?

FYI, previosly I applied 3 times under my name (Arash Fattahi), but this time I applied under my manager's name with the same company name, address, phone, etc.

Thanks for your help and support.

Cheers,

Arash Fattahi

Same thing here. About a year and a half ago I had a distribution license, but it expired (only lasts a year) and I tried to sign-up again to distribute to my organization, but never got a reponse. I tried other email accounts (business and personal), without response, I called Adobe becase we spend A LOT of money for Adobe products and hope that we would get ANY help with distributing the flash players, readers, and shockwave (used to view training content), but they told me the same thing as earlier posts.... they told me that they are "free products and we cannot help you with that issue", they just told me over and over that they couldn't help, it is really terrible when we spend the money we do to create training materials (huge enterprise) and we cannot get the support needed to view the content...

On top of all that, we hear that there are Zero-Day vulnerabilities within Adobe products and we still cannot update the products, so we just have to uninstall until we get the new software... has anyone found a contact for the distribution license issue? has anyone found the work around? or can someone provide the darn website to download the .MSI files? Thanks.

I applied the last time in may this year, it worked fine then. The email with download link came shortly after.

But not now. I've applied using two different email addresses in case the email was being blocked for some reason.

Any advise?

I just tried to ask for help on the email address listed above...

Hi John,

Thanks for your reply.

I called Adobe support this morning and they told me as my issue was related to the Adove free products (like Adobe Reader DC, Flash Player), they could not provide support and I needed to open a case in Adobe forume. That is why I have posted my question here.

This has also happened to me.  I applied once on 4/27/16 and again on 5/23/16.  Asking for help via Adobe CHAT, I was told to post here in the forum.
