I submitted my request for a cross-platform swap from PC to Mac. The case is still "Open-Pending Response". Does Adobe mail me the new CS6 platform with a new Mac serial number and how long does it take?

I just need the new Mac serial number after I deactivated my PC CS6 suite and just really want to know how long it takes. Thank you!
