I subscribed and was charged the 14.99, however acrobat never downloaded or installed. It keeps asking me to subscribe again. What do I do?

I subscribed and paid my 14.99 and from what I read a downloading option was suppose to appear. Well that didnt happen. It installed the cloud but not acrobat, and t keeps asking me to subscribe to i, I thought I already did.
