I tried downloading creative cloud, but a white screen shows up on the webpage.

I just got a new chromebook, and already purchased lightroom. I wanted to download the creative cloud onto this, but when I click on any download here, it brings me to a new tab and the page is white.

sam.am is correct. Currently, Creative Cloud is only available for Mac and Windows OS. You may want to refer to this forum discussion for more information: I just purchased a chromebook, does CC Photoshop and lightroom work with this computer?

A streaming version of Photoshop for Chromebook is in development, but it's distribution is limited at the moment. A description of the program is available here: Adobe Education Exchange‌.

You will not be able to download Creative Cloud, if you are using Chrome OS. It is only available for Windows and MAC platform.
