I tried installing Creative Cloud but an ? icon appears

Hi! I was reinstalling Creative Cloud and for some reason i can't open it. The icon is the red folder but it has a "?" over it. Any ideas? I use a mac.

Suggestion from a 'Windows' user-

Search for an answer for Mac, (eg. Google: "Icon with question mark").

The ? may indicate the icon no longer points to the newly installed version of the App (you re-installed)

Can you delete the [? icon] and re-create it from the Applications folder?
