I tried the cloud but the internet where i live in Brasil is too slow. I want to download Light room but as i am in Brasil itkeeps switching to Portugese. I want it in English

I tried the cloud but the internet where I live in Brazil is too slow. I want to download Light room but as I am in Brazil it keeps switching to Portuguese. I want it in English
