MY ORDER NUMBER [removed by moderator] SERIAL NUMBER [removed by moderator]  I MAY HAVE ORDERED FOR THE WRONG ELEMENTS NUMBER I HAVE ELEMENTS 8, WHEN TRYING TO DOWNLOAD IT SAYS NOT APPLICABLE.

    It appears you purchased without trying the software first only to find out that your computer does not meet the system requirements for the software.  System requirements | Adobe Photoshop Elements

    Unless you have plans to upgrade your system, your best hope for the moment is to pursue getting a refund.

    Which version did you purchase?  Which version are you trying to download?

    Never publicly display your serial numbers... anyone can use them.

    PHOTOSHOP ELEMENTS 13.0 WIN INTERNET UPGRADE UE, ALL I KNOW IS THAT ON MY COMPUTER IS 8, AND I AM NOT VERY GOOD AT THIS DOWNLOADING.
