i uninstalled adobe premire ,and now i wanna install it again but when i opn AAM adobe premire shows

i uninstalled adobe premire ,and now i wanna install it again but when i opn AAM adobe premire shows up to date and i cannot instyall it .and suddenley few softwares became trial naad hel.
