I uninstalled now I dont have an option to reinstall Photoshop

My photoshop was being buggy and woulldnt open any files or start new ones so I uninstalled saw how long it would take hit cancel and thought I'd just do it over night well then I went to open Photoshop to see if it would magically work again but the program isnt on my computer but creative cloud shows it is how do I reinstall.
