I updated the adobe management application and it said I had updates available to go from CS6 to CC, but then after the download it says that I have to pay for CC updates?? Why is this?

I just "updated" Lightroom from CS6 to CC, but now it says this is ONLY a 30 day trial. Will my CS6 come back after that 30 days or ?? I am so confused by this. Also, is CS6 still going to be updated or will it be forgotten now that CC is supposed to be better than it?

If you do not intend to go with a subscription (CC) then your best bet is to get away from it now and get your purchased version (6) working for you again.  It is my own conclusion, but I believe targeted confusion is part of the way unwanted products end up on your machine.  I uninstalled the new application manager as soon as it updated one day with a CC label on it.
