I upgraded my computer but can't reload Adobe Premiere Elements 11

A window comes up saying that the loader can't work with 64 bit and I should download the 64 bit version of Premiere.  There doesn't seem to be such a version.  Searching, I see that Premiere is supposed to work with 64 bit in a 32 bit mode.  So how can I get it to load onto my new computer?

    Pat,

Thanks for responding.  I'm using Windows 7 Ultimate.  But I have the problem solved.  I'd searched the web and Adobe site for solutions.  But, right after I posted that I saw a link in someone's post to an Adobe download site.  It had a 64bit version.  I downloaded it and it worked great.

What is your operating system?  What is the exact message you get?
