I use 1 year plan and it's gonna be finish the last month and I want to cancel before next year

I use 1 year plan and it's gonna be finish the last month and I want to cancel before next year.

Why is it so complicated to cancel via website and I also can't contact via the dialogue box.

You make business with easy way for customers to pay in the first place , but you make lots of trouble when customers want to end it and cancel it. 

Please help before I have to pay on 1st December. I use annual plan.
