I use a mac book pro with Mavericks and I am trying to reinstall adobe pro XI and I get this serial number does not qualify for this product

    What is the wording of the message you get?  Your use of the word "qualify" hints that you might be trying to activate an upgrade version and it is asking you to provide the name and serial number for the older product that qualifies you to use the upgrade.
