there was a disruption of a week-ish when I could not log onto my University account and my yearly subscription lapsed. I've since renewed my subscription yet none of my documents or work is showing up in the cloud.
Tell me your company didn't delete all my files in the interim. I called and explained the situation and they said my files would not be deleted in such a short interval.
you can recover them right? that would be absurd if not.
