I've 1-year subscription on Illustrator CC. But AI keeps saying it's on Trail

Dear Adobe,

I'm new to Creative Cloud. I just bought a 1-year subscription on AI CC. However, every time AI start, it keep asking me for licensing & Serial#. I'd checked online for help. But can't get it resolved.

I'm using a MBP 13in Late 2013, Mac OS 10.10.4.

Please help.

check your account to make sure your subscription has been processed, Adobe ID
