Hi everyone,

My name is Sharon and I'm from the Netherlands.
So my English is not so very well, but I hope that you can help me.

This Wednesday I've bought the wrong license (Photoshop montly for a year)
and I paid for it. Later that day, I changed my license and got my money back.
The next morning, Thursday, I bought the right license (Photoshop for a month),
and Adobe took the money off my PayPal, but I don't have Photoshop yet. And
normally you got that really quickly if you have paid.

So I was wondering what I did wrong. And to be honest, this is so difficult to find
out what I have to do, because I don't understand everything in English and
in the Netherlands we don't have a phonenumber or mailadress to contact with
someone.

I hope you can help me,

Sharon
