I've bought the Creativ Cloud. Ps & Lr is included, but i can only use the test version. Why? Please help, that makes me crazy!

Hello,

i've bought the Creatic Cloud for 11 € and i think Photoshop and Lightroom is included, but i only use these programs as a test version. I think i tried everything.

Sign out, restart and sign in. I already rename the folder SLCache and so on..

Hi,

If creative cloud application showing as trial, first sign out and sign in back in the creative cloud desktop application with correct email address under which you have subscription registered.

Kindly refer to the help document-

Sign in and sign out to activate Creative Cloud apps

If that doesn’t help, please try solution3 in the help document mentioned below-

Creative Cloud applications revert to trial mode after an update to CC 2015

i have the same probleme. i purchased the photography package but LR et PS are still in trial mode. Help please

    Hi Briceguiho,

    Please try the troubleshooting steps in Stop Creative Cloud 2015 from reverting to trial mode. If that does not resolve the issue, please Contact Customer Care via chat or phone.
