I've deleted Flash by mistake and need it back but it won't download again. How do I get it back?

GrahamBedbrook if you are trying to reinstall Flash CC then please see CC desktop lists applications as "Up to Date" when not installed - http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/aam-lists-removed-apps-date.html.
