I've purchased a Creative Cloud membership and downloaded some apps but they are still coming up as trials, why?

Can anyone tell me what I am doing wrong? I've purchased a years membership for Creative Cloud but when I check my apps they still say trial.

Thank you for your response. I've tried all that and still it says that I'm in a trial period.

confirm that your account shows the subscription(s) you expect (and that the adobe id used in the next step is the correct one) by logging in here and checking your subscription status, https://www.adobe.com/account.html

then, if it is current, sign out and then back in to your cc desktop application using the same adobe id used with the above link:  http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/sign-in-out-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html

does your account show your subscription is active?

if so and you signed in and out of your cc app using the correct adobe id, click the link in pattie-f's message 4.

if not, explain.
