I've signed up for Creative Cloud All Apps but can't download install

Many apps appear as Trial or Buy. I had installed Acrobat DC, but it was still in trial mode. So I uninstalled, and tried that, but they still appear at Trial or Buy. Many of the apps appear this way.

I've checked my account is paid up.
