I've called tech support and they've been no help.  No one has any answers.

Well, if you provided them with as much information as you do on this forum, I can see why they couldn't help you... Sorry for the sarcasm, but without at least some info on your system, how you are trying to launch Bridge and what specific errors you get/ behavior you observe, this is not going anywhere.

Yikes - harsh.  I'm new to Adobe and just tried to run the disc my company purchased on my new Dell computer that has Windows 7.    Please remember, some of us are just starting out in design and are new to Adobe products and getting things up and running.

We purchased CS6 Design Standard.  I loaded the disc and AI, ID, Acrobat X, and Photoshop is loaded correctly on the computer.  However, each time I try to open Bridge from Indesign, nothing happens.  When I go into Programs I see that the above programs are loaded, but Bridge does not show up.  I actually purchased CS6 and downloaded it online, with the serial number.  This same thing happened - bridge wouldn't load.  I called Adobe and spent many hours with different reps trying all sorts of things to fix it.  In the end, they suggested I purchase the actual disc and install it.  Now I have the actual disc and it's doing the same thing.

Please let me know if there is any other information I should be providing to get help.  Thank you!

Kcelata4 I would recommend you review the installation logs.  This should help you determine the cause of Adobe Bridge not getting installed.  You can find details on reviewing the installation logs at Troubleshoot with install logs | CS5, CS5.5, CS6 - http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-suite/kb/troubleshoot-install-logs-cs5-cs5.html.
