I want a phone number for support instead of all this run around on the website. I need help now!! My business depends on it, and I have troubleshooted this to death!! Need a REAL PERSON! Anyone have a phone number?

Keep having errors in updating.  Keeps failing even though I have troubleshooted this and read forums etc. one minute it says it updated the next not compatible the next updating then fails.....sick of spending so much time on trying to hunt answers down. Would like to solve the problem with a real person so I can continue to work. Time is money!

    I am sorry you had such a frustrating experience troubleshooting. You should be able to utilize the call function via Contact Customer Care.
