I want the confirming of my full refund by email. I just want only this because there are problem with my VISA but your adobe team ended my chat without sending anything even they know that I want that to be my evidence. I need to sent it to my bank.

This is only the one of your team that did that to me. I need it to my bank. Thank you

Seams to be clear that the refund is on its way. Depending on the speed of the banks, this should be soon available on your account.

It seem like that but i checked the bank they told me that  something gone wrong about my Visa(like mastercard,visa) so they just need confirming email about my refund then I just need adobe sent me an email again just that but no one sent it to me even I had chated several time asking them to send me an email again.

*my late email of confirming was deleted by accidentally
