I want to be able to talk to someone at Adobe.

When I click the link I just get sent to a website where there are how-to's. I want to be able to talk to someone at Adobe. My problem is that it is 1 month until my annual plan renews and 12 months have been paid, but I just can't seem to cancel my plan so that it doesn't renew. Because I can't even see the "cancel" option.

    I have branched this to a new discussion for you.    Use a good desktop browser like Chrome or Firefox that accepts cookies and does not have script blockers.
