I want to cancel membership.

I want to cancel membership. I bought MUSE app but I do not want to use app anymore. I want to cancel the subscription and I'm waiting for the team to cancel, because I could not get the phone and I was waiting for almost 1 hour without success. Grateful!!

I want to unsubscribe. It's the third time I've been trying unsuccessfully to talk to the team. I will be looking for a lawyer to know how I can unsubscribe because I am not receiving support from the team. I will pay a fine for cancellation without problem, if any, but CANCEL SIGNATURE!

I have already contacted the support through call / chat for the cancellation requests but I did not get service.

There is no cancel subscription option in plan management.

I have read the Adobe Subscription Terms.

I want to unsubscribe, please !!

if you don't see an option to cancel (which may occur if that would break a contact and incur a penalty), you'll need to use chat (again, but hopefully with more helpful results).  using a browser that allows popups and cookies,  contact adobe support during pst business hours by clicking here and, when available, click 'still need help', http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/global/service-ccm.html

make sure you're aware of the cancellation terms by selecting your plan type (at the top of the page here), https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/creative-cloud-subscription-terms.html

for info on how to cancel your subscription, this page describes the few steps involved, https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/cancel-subscription.html

if you want to cancel but are unable to follow the steps described in the "how to cancel page", contact adobe support by using a browser that allows popups and cookies, contact adobe support by clicking here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human
inform the agent that you want to cancel.

p.s you can also use phone (but chat is usually quicker), https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/phone.html

p.p.s. you can also use twitter to tweet @AdobeCare

p.p.p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative. ie, double check for an employee badge if contacted in the forums and look for an adobe.com domain in the email address if you click reply to an email. then check again and be very suspicious. any other method of contacting (or offering to contact you) is almost certainly a scam, https://community.adobe.com/t5/using-the-community-discussions/staying-safe-in-the-adobe-support-com...
