I want to cancel my creative cloud membership

I have been trying to cancel my creative cloud membership, but the "contact support" option under customer support is like a cobweb, it will take you to different screens, and will bring you back to the same place where you started, without providing any support.  I wonder why the customer support can't provide a customer friendly way to the customers' needs?
