HOW DO I CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION- YOUR INSTRUCTIONS ARE VERY UNCLEAR?

I have tried doing this but it takes me round in circles. Can I write to the Irish office to cancel my subscription instead as this seems the only alternative
