I want to cancel my subscription/membership

I want to cancel my subscription and the process is ridiculous! Keeps taking me round in circles without letting me cancel! I just want it cancelled ASAP! Why do Adobe make it so difficult?!

    Make sure you are logged in to the Adobe site, have cookies enabled, clear your cookie cache.  If it continues to fail try using a different browser.

    Impossible to cancel, I never wanted a subscription, it's crazy! and I do not want the program too!
