I want to cancel the membership

I used a trial version. And I missed the trial cancellation period. 
But the money was not drained due to lack of account balance.
I tried to cancel the plan through the homepage.
However, I kept getting an error and asked to contact customer support.

I don't think I need to use Adobe Creative Cloud Service anymore.
Can I cancel my plan?
