I want to chance platform

I have a new box Creative suite CS6 (Student en teacher edition) for Mac OSX wich is not installed yet. I want to chance the box for the platform Windows 8.1.

The original reseller doesn't exist anymore so i can't return the box.

What can i do ? Has anyone a solution.
