I'd like to pass from to the 60,99 to the 12,19 cloud profile, because I just need for now to work with Lightroom and Photoshop. But it seems that my country is not supported to make the transaction by default: could you help me?

This is all I got from today, even if I tried both of your suggestions. If only I could contapt someone of the assistance and not use the Client Automatic Service, because it makes me just go in round.

If you mean you want to cancel the plan you are in and start a different plan, then you need to cancel the first and subscribe to the second. Early cancellation of an annual subscription normally results in a penalty charge of 1/2 the cost of the remaining time of the subscription.
