I want to reinstall adobe premiere elements 2021 which I have bought and have a serial number. where to register and download it?

I have a new computer and want to move Adobe Premiere Elements 2021 from my old computer to my new computer. I can’t find the serial number. Is there any way to move programs?

No, you may not move a program, you must do a new install

You also need to DE-activate on the old computer to release the activation so it will activate on the new computer

HOWEVER

On 9-6-26 Steve Grisetti mentioned no longer being able to activate v2021

Do NOT deactivate on the old computer unless you are not going to use that computer, since according to the message above you will not be able to activate it again

Computer crashes happen... the FIRST time you download a program make an external copy
IF/When you do have a download, be sure to copy it to AT LEAST one external device
-you should ALWAYS keep a copy (or two!) on an external device
-since Adobe DOES SOMETIMES REMOVE OLD VERSIONS FROM THE SERVER
-a usb flash drive or external hard drive, or write to a CD or DVD
-plus a text file containing your serial number if you have a serial number program
