Question

I want to go back to CC 2014 after updating to CC 2015 (URGENT)

I saw this morning that Adobe CC 2015 was available. I had  an "UPDATE" button next to my Adobe CC 2014 applications, such as Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator.

Then I realized that the CC 2015 versions were only 30-day trials so I immediately wanted to go back to 2014 but now I can't. I tried uninstalling Photoshop CC 2015 and I thought that the option to re-download Photoshop CC 2014 would be available but it's not, so now I can't work because I don't have Photoshop.

Please refer to the help document below to fix the trial error:

Please try to check your host file for any Adobe blocked entries.

WIN:  Windows 7 - Edit the Hosts File

MAC: How to Edit the Hosts File on Mac OS X • TekRevue

In case there are any blocked Adobe entries, please delete them and then save the file.
