View Cloud Files from your web browser. 

https://www.adobe.com/files/

To view files from Mac Finder, files must reside on your local hard drive.

Select Cloud Files and click Download icon to save them directly to your computer.

There’s no “Adobe Cloud Drive”. It was discontinued several years ago. There’s no way to display files stored in Adobe Cloud in the Finder, as far as I know.
