I want to install my photoshop elements 11 on a second Computer - Laptop - is that possible ?
I cannot install it with the serial number.

Yes, your license allows you to have two activated installations. What indications/messages do you get that cause you to say you cannot install it with the serial number?
If by chance you abandoned an older installation on the original machine (aka - reinstalled without deactivating first) then you might have all your allowed activations tied up. You should contact Adobe support thru chat and ask them to reset your activations if that is the case.
