I want to migrate from Aperture, but want it to be super easy and automatic, and don't want to lose anything: tags, editing, faces, folders, organization, nada. Is there a way?

I've been using Aperture for years, and have thousands of photos and projects. I use Elements to edit, and know Aperture is getting the chop soon, and want to migrate everything to Organiser/Lightroom. I want to make sure that A) migrating is only a couple of clicks away, and B) I lose none of my hard work in the process: keeping my tags, edits, photos, folders, faces, everything. Is there such an animal? Anyone? Beuler?
