I want to move Adobe Create Cloud off of my C drive to my D drive. How do I do it?

My C drive filled up with all the apps from Creative Cloud so I want to move the whole thing to my D drive.  How do I do it?

Do I uninstall Creative Cloud?  If yes, how do I get it again since I am already paying for it.

Do I uninstall all the apps for Creative Cloud?

Do I do see where the language and file location are located (from an earlier question that was answered that way).
