I want to purchase CC on the education plan but website takes me to trial version option only.

I wish to purchase the Education version of CC. I am a teacher and have a login ID. After I login through the education links, the site takes me to the trial version download page, not the buy page. I am in Thailand and wish to pay in Baht. What am I doing wrong? Thanks for your help!
