Question

I want to uninstall all my CC apps and none are listed in adobe creative cloud app

I am running windows 10 1809 on a laptop. Boy am I mad. I need space and can't uninstall the adobe CC software. The windows uninstall from Apps starts the adobe creative cloud app and there are no apps listed in the apps window. But windows disagrees and I can start lightroom classic and photoshop cc2019.

Adobe I should not have to search and fiddle fart around for hours to remove your products from MY computer.

Please someone tell me how to get creative cloud apps off my computer.

first try, resetting the cc app: To reset the Creative Cloud desktop app, make sure it's in the foreground, then press:

Win: Ctrl + Alt + R
Mac: Cmd + Opt + R

then see if you can use the cc app to unintall every cc app including preferences, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-remove-app.html

then uninstall the cc desktop app, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html

finally, clean your computer of cc files per http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html

you can use this last step without using the previous but that's not the best way to proceed.

Thank  you kglad,

I did the relaunch and had a CC desktop crash. On the second relaunch I got cc desktop running and it looks like I need to update everything before I can uninstall it. I hope my next problem isn't not having enough disk space to uninstall cc. Gads this is hard as my net is very slow since the great shut-in. But in an hour or so I should have the updates done and can get some free space.

Stay Well
