I want to upgrade my lightroom 5 (stand alone) to lightroom 6.

I would like to upgrade my lightroom 5 to lightroom 6.

I tried some options but the all fell away do to ID , language, country problems.

I tried to contact the original store that I purchased the lightroom 5, but they could not help me.

I have an Adobe ID but my account does not show the purchase of the lightroom 5 . I used to show, but it disappeared.

I have the original purchasing receipt of the lightroom 5, including the serial number.

Question:

What is the easiest way to purchase an upgrade to lightroom 5 (lightroom 6)?

    I used your link, which brought me back to my local store (see attached print screen).

    I am located in Israel, and I can purchase the Lightroom from any store around the world, provided that I will get the correct help.

    This print screen (In Hebrew ) gives only one option: buy the full version, not the upgrade version.

    I also contacted this store,as I stated before, and they said that the sell only the full version and I should contact Adobe USA, which I did.

    Don't you feel that we are going in circles?

    There must be someone that can help,isn't?

    go here and click buy, Products

    then click upgrade and select your upgrade from lr 5.

    Are you located in North America? I just verified the link (Adobe Store - North America) and as of now, it is working correctly.
