I´m still waiting for an answer with a sustainable solution from Adobe of How to get refund. Three more days and after that I will notify the problem to consumers organisations as well as computer Magazine.

I checked the help desk but when in the deactivation of element premiere there is no option for refund or other alternate that match.

So I choose

downloading, installing, setting up/Licensing and activation,/try these first/activation and deactivation help

so far OK

but when the new windows appears

I click on deactivate an app...

and then start the circus

link, new link Another link,  hundred of links and click

Impossible procedure...

I check in Swedish

exactly the same nightmare

even when on the pageg to be refund or to be in Contact for some help...

impossible

well done Adobe!!!

the most perfect impossible way to be refund

AL

thank you för info.

However what Adobe call element 14 is Photoshop.

Not the film software.

So I did not discovered it Before I payed and downloaded.

One hundred dollars lost!Try to get paid back from Adobe.

There is a version with film and photo, well indicated and 30% more expensive but the version for 100  box do not indicaterd only Photoshop!

Adobe = crook

Hi Andre,

Adobe has release new version for both the products : Adobe Photoshop Elements and Adobe Premiere elements. (http://blogs.adobe.com/photoshop/2015/09/introducing-adobe-photoshop-elements-14.html )

And i have checked your account details, that you have purchased Photoshop elements 14 instead of Premiere elements 14.

I would recommend you to purchase Premiere elements 14 upgrade using the link mentioned in my previous comment,Also you can Contact Customer Care and check if a refund is possible in your case, I'm sure you will be properly assisted.

Regards,
Rahul Tyagi

Downloadable installation files available:

Download and installation help for Adobe links

Download and installation help for Prodesigntools links are listed on most linked pages.  They are critical; especially steps 1, 2 and 3.  If you click a link that does not have those steps listed, open a second window using the Lightroom 3 link to see those 'Important Instructions'.
