i was asked to download the newest version. I did so but received an Error Message that CC failed to start Coresync

and could not create  /library/ application support/ Adobe / CoreSync      Any ideas how to resolve that...   ????

suc237, It seems that there are some challenges with permissions. Please set  Read and Write permissions to Adobe folder  under /library/ application support/ and initiate the installation.

Make sure to choose Apply to enclosed item while setting permission on the folder.


You may also try to create a new admin user account and try to install it there.
