I was charged for annual plan

Hi I am geting charged for annual plan 24.19/month but when I tried to register for the adobe, i kept getting that error(photo). So how can I keep getting charged for the subscription if i wasn't even able to subscribe for it. And now it says that if i want to cancel it i need to pay 120euros fee(photo). Howcan i cancel it without any fee?

use a browser that allows popups and cookies and contact adobe support by clicking here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human
