I wish to transfer adobe CS5 from my laptop, which is nearing the end of its life to a new iMac. Can I install usingusing the original installer discs?

I wish to transfer adobe CS5 Design Premium from a laptop, nearing the end of its use, to a new iMac. Can I use the original insall discs or do I have to transfer manually from the MacBook to the iMac?  Erlend

    Transferring doesn't work.  If you have the discs, use the discs.  This assumes your laptop is also a Mac - Creative Suites are platform dependent.

    You are allowed to have two activated installations, so you can leave it on the laptop if you could use a backup.  If you prefer not to, then you should deactivate it on the laptop to free up your extra activation for future use.  Tpo deactivate just open one of the applications and choose Help -> Deactivate.
