I would like to Cancel my plan, but it says "You’ll be able to manage your plan shortly"

I did the 7-day free trial for Adobe After affect it said I can cancel at any time but it won't let me open up my Plan to cancel, please help.

So, after you completed the free trial, did you actually sign up for a plan and give Adobe your credit card details?

did not even complete the free trial yet, I want to cancel my plan so it does not charge me after the free trial

If you have not signed up for a plan and have not given Adobe your credit card number then there is no plan. So there's nothing to cancel.
