Good luck with that! I just added a Creative Suite license and I wanted to remove a Photoshop license and... I've been on hold for more than one hour... I wish I could rate this experience somewhere. It'd be 0.

Creative Suite is no longer sold. If you just paid for it that's worrying. Creative Cloud? Anyway, as this is a User to User forum, a request to cancel here will have NO EFFECT. You must contact Adobe.
