I´ve started from the beginning again but it don´t work. Attached the files in the same directory.

Then I do just what I´m told to, but I can´t find them anywhere. :-(

What is wrong?

that looks good.

double click the program file type and installation should start.

you are allowed two installations/activations so if that was your only one you can still install/activate on a new computer without deactivating.

if you need to deactivate, you'll see an activation count error when trying to install on your new computer.  in that situation, you'll need to ask adobe support for an activation count reset.

using a browser that allows popups and cookies, contact adobe support during pst business hours by clicking here and, when available, click 'still need help', https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html
