I would like to uninstall Adobe DNG Converter.

I recently installed Adobe DNG Converter, and now I would like to uninstall it. However, it doesn't appear in either the Windows Control Panel or the list of installed apps, so I have no way to remove it. Is there a way to perform a clean uninstall of Adobe DNG Converter, including removing any remaining files and settings?

    did you use the cc desktop app to install it?

    No. I didn't download it through the Creative Cloud desktop app. I downloaded it from Adobe Help Center website. https://helpx.adobe.com/kr/camera-raw/using/adobe-dng-converter.html

    then just delete it’s folder.  C:\Program Files\Adobe (or Program Files (x86)\Adobe etc
