Ich habe Adobe-Software auf nur zwei Computer installiert aber ich habe ein Email erhalten, dass sagt, ich habe auf mehr als zwei Computer installiert.

I installed my Adobe softwares only on two computers: One desktop and one MacBook Pro laptop. But I got an email saying that my adobe softwares are being used on more than two computers. I checked my device list under my account and I only see two computers. Earlier this year, I bought a new laptop and I deactivated the Adobe account on my old laptop, so I don’t see this old computer on my device list any more and I have been using the softwares without any problem so far. Was this email an error? I hope it doesn’t affect my work.

    It’s possible that the email was sent in error or triggered by a temporary sign-in record that Adobe detected. Since your Adobe account currently shows only your desktop and MacBook Pro, and you properly deactivated the old laptop before replacing it, there is no immediate indication that you have exceeded the activation limit. If your software continues to work normally and no additional devices appear in your account, the email is likely nothing to worry about. For peace of mind, you can sign out of all devices from your Adobe account and sign back in on your two current computers, or contact Adobe Support to verify the alert.
